The M425 rotary torque sensor with keyway shafts offers high accuracy of 0.1% and torque measurement range from 3Nm up to 60,000Nm as standard. It’s an inline rotation torque transducer, widely used for motor, gearbox and pump torque testing. Using a highly-accurate non-contact technique, the Datum M425 Rotary Torque Transducer and Torque Meter represent an ultimate torque sensor for anyone looking to measure torque, power, and speed with high accuracy and repeatability. The M425 rotating torque sensors give the customer control over their tests with digital torque sample rates selectable at any time from 1sps up to 4,000sps as standard and analogue sample rates of 20sps. Having a rotating torque measurement design with an optimum length to maximise overall accuracy and give a high degree of tolerance to mounting offset, the M425 digital torque sensor is ideal for most general test rig applications, like electric motor testing, pump torque testing, gearbox testing.
